Return Process
If you decide for whatever reason to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days. To start a return, email us at support@loullastudio.com. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Pack them carefully and send them back to us using a reliable courier. Remember, that you have to cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days. No restocking fees apply.
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap an item for a different one, email us at support@loullastudio.com with the details. We’ll guide you through the exchange process. Only unused items can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please take a photo and send it to support@loullastudio.com. We will resolve the issue and send a replacement.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@loullastudio.com. Once an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
